Because all items are printed specifically for you on-demand, we send orders to production very quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing it. Once production begins, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel the order.
Each item goes through a custom printing and quality-check process before shipping.
Production Time: Typically takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time: Takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We want you to love your gift! If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a printing defect, please take a clear photo of the item and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Because each product is custom-made specifically with your unique design or text, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if there is a mistake on our end or a defect in the product, we will fix it immediately.

Apparel (Shirts & Hoodies): Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest print life.
Pillows & Mugs: Mugs are both microwave and dishwasher-safe. Throw pillow covers can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle.
